I. Hotel Policy
Rest Duration
Weekdays (Sunday-Thursday): 3 hours; holidays (Friday-Saturday): 3 hours; after 23:00: 2 hours
Trial Operation
Rest on Friday is at the price on weekdays
 
Accommodation Duration
Check in on weekdays: 18:00; on holidays: 21:00
Please make reservation one day in advance; for reservation of more than 3 rooms, please make reservation in seven days in advance. To change reservation, please inform the Villa in advance for further arrangements.
 
II. Notice
Each room is for 2 guests only for rest or accommodation. The third guest will be charged with cleaning fee; rest: NT$300/person; accommodation: NT$600/person (including breakfast and amenities).
Urban iColour: four-person room; the fifth guest will be charged with cleaning fee; rest: NT$300/person; accommodation: NT$600/person (including breakfast and amenities).
Free for children under 120cm. half price for those between 121 cm and 150 cm; standard charge for those over 151 cm.
The Villa provides parking lot for business room boarders.
Complimentary breakfast for two guests available between 7:30 and 8:30
Urban iColour: four-person room. Complimentary breakfast for four guests.
KTV is turned off at 10:00 pm every day and turned on at 10:00 am.
No pets in the Villa. Those violating the rule will be charged with cleaning fee.
 
III. Other Notice
Instructions for Room Card
Please insert the card in the sensor socket after entering the room.
Please return the card to the front desk staff when checking out.
The card is a high-tech IC card. Please don’t fold it or place it away from space at high temperatures.
Those losing or damaging the card will be charged with service fee NT$500.
 
★Cancelation on the check-in date will be charged with 100% of the pre-paid amount.
★Cancelation on the day before the check-in date will be charged with 10% of the pre-paid amount.
